PRODUCTS COOL DURING COLDER SEASONS
Products can cool below the suggested minimum application temperature (at least 73°F or 23°C)
PRODUCT WASTE & SLOW REACTION
The cold slows down reaction time and wastes more products resulting in a less brilliant chrome finish.

KEEP CONSISTENT TEMPERATURES IN SPRAY BOOTH
Ensure your parts are not cold & always keep a minimum temperature of 23° Celsius / 73° F in your spray booth
STORE PRODUCTS IN A WARM AREA
Keeping the chemicals in a warm environment will maintain proper temperatures for plating
STORE MACHINE AT END OF USE
When finished using for the day, wheel the Cosmichrome system to a heated environment
KEEP CONSISTENT TEMPERATURES
It is VERY IMPORTANT that your chemicals and water remain at a minimum temperature of 23° C or 73°F
IF STORING IN A COLD ENVIRONMENT…
Cover the tanks with an electric blanket in order to keep the products warm
THE CHEMICAL HEATING UNIT IS THE IDEAL SOLUTION
Products from the tanks enter the heating unit and remain heated by the coils
READY FOR ACTION REGARDLESS OF OUTER TEMPERATURES
Products remain at a set temperature for when you are ready to use them
