The Master System Pro is the only electronically controlled spray chrome system on the market. It’s so advanced it is protected by US Patents. The built-in features are designed to allow you to produce superior quality spray chrome. We eliminated worrying about adjusting the chemical spray to be perfectly balanced each time you use it; the Master System Pro does it for you. We created these features because we believe that a great product should be made with our customers in mind. Let’s go over some of these important features together.
Select e-Gun™
With its patented Select e-Gun, the Master System Pro is both user-friendly and cost-efficient. Thanks to the Select e-Gun’s multi-selection feature, you simply press a button to select each application product in sequence! Just click and spray.
This is thanks to the computerized sequencer that is integrated into each e-Gun. By pressing the red selection button on the back of the gun, you move to the next step of the plating process. A built-in LED indicator also helps you to remember the application steps. The LED indicator light changes color each time the button is pressed to indicate the next step of the process.
The sequence of the plating process is:
1.White = Distilled water rinse
2.Green = A22 activator
3.White = Distilled water rinse
4.Red and blue = G4 & G5 solutions
5.White = Distilled water rinse
Rotary Washing System
The Master System Pro is equipped with a built-in semi-automatic rotary switch to ensure that your machine is clean and working at optimal performance levels. The rotary switch on the Master System Pro makes it simple, quick and reliable for everyone to operate.
The washing system has the added benefit of returning unused chemicals that remain in the hoses after the work is done for the day. This helps you to save as much of the chemicals as possible, so as not to waste them. This saves you money.
Air Filters
Air filters are included with all Cosmichrome machines. They help ensure that the air quality supplied by your air compressor meets the standards needed for the best chrome plating results!
Product Counter
This counter is another feature that was created with the customer in mind. The product counter is in fact, a digital timer that will assist you in keeping track of the chemicals you will be using for the plating process. It will help you calculate an estimated cost of chemicals used by amount of time elapsed for each plated object.
Micron Filter
In the plating world, prevention is one of the key components of success. Our 10-micron filter will collect any micro-metallic particles that may find their way into your lines. The Micron filter prevents blockages in your system by capturing particulates within the chamber, thereby assuring a steady, balanced stream of chemicals to the Select e-Gun.
Extendable Hoses
The Master System pro also includes 13 feet of color-coded extendible hoses to provide variable lengths. This enables you to extend the hoses when you have a larger project to work on, and allows you to retract them for smaller projects.
Chemical Heating Unit
This optional stainless-steel heating system is designed to be installed on our Master System and Master System PRO to heat your chemicals during the colder seasons of the year to maintain optimal operating temperatures. This helps to save on products by keeping the chemicals at their most efficient temperature.
The Chemical Heating Unit functions with a digital controller to automatically heat to the optimal temperature within minutes. It’s easy to install and easy to use. Set it and forget it!
